If you go into the kitchen of any local bakery or restaurant you will see they have all sorts of specialist equipment and it all costs them a lot of money. These machines do need servicing and occasionally they need replacement parts and accessories.
The business opportunity here is to locate a supplier of a wide range of industrial baking equipment and become a reseller for them. Then you can approach all of your local businesses that use these machines and become a friendly local supplier for all their spare parts and accessories for their machines. There is good profit to make, and it is a nice industry to be in. You only need to sell a few items each month and you will have a nice little income.
Why not go and do some research now? Look for the big names in the bakery industry and see which ones have a reseller programme. Then go and visit some local restaurants and bakeries and talk to the owners to see what their needs are. Then just piece the two together and you have yourself a customer!
